Sales and Account Management

 

We are a dynamic and innovative company in the Radiology technology sector with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking highly motivated and talented Sales and Account Managers to join our team. These positions play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing customer accounts. These individuals will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle. The Sales and Account Managers will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met, revenue targets are achieved, and long-term relationships are built.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

    • Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.

    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  2. Account Management and Relationship Building:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.

    • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and drive customer loyalty.

    • Proactively resolve any customer issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

  3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

    • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and market changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment of goals.

    • Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant internal teams for product/service enhancements and process improvements.

    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge, skills, and professional growth.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the radiology technology sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
